About Us

May 30 2014

Our Club, was started in 1978. We are an easy going group of individuals who share a passion for riding Italian motorcycles. The sheer exhilaration of riding our bikes on the magnificant roads around the Canberra region has seen the Club flourish. We invite everyone interested in Italian bikes - Ducatis and other marques - to get involved in our activities, whether they be rides or other social activities

Who are we?

We work closely with local service and training agencies to promote safe and enjoyable riding of Italian motorcycles in the ACT region. The CDDC is affiliated with Ducati Owners' Clubs (DOCs) Australia wide.

Anyone interested in Italian bikes is welcome (Ducati, MV Agusta, Aprilia, Bimota, Cagiva, Moto Guzzi, Laverda, etc). The club contains a wealth of technical knowledge as well as many decades of riding experience within its membership. We foster amicable relations with other local clubs such as the Italian Car Club, the BMW Motorcycle Club, the Motorcycle Riders Association and more.

What do we do?

We ride bikes, preferably Italian.

Where are we?

As you can see we are located in Canberra which is the capital of Australia. The region nearby includes the magnificant motorcycle riding country of the Snowy Mountains and the New South Wales south coast.
